4. Media player lacking.
a. when pausing playing audio files in player, play should resumes at the same place when restarted.

b. add a stop button, (stopped music in player starts at the beginning of an audio file when restarted). current function of the pause button
c. Sort by folders from the player.

d. mini media equalizer button blocks album art ( solution allow one blank album space at the bottom of the list.)

e. details of albums (I can't read the name) show name of albums etc.

f. can't add video from my Twonky media server to the play list.

g. remove the big shuffle button – the home screen is for navigating “content” (nowns) the shuffle button is a an “action” (verb) it is secondary to choosing “content” and defiantly secondary to “Play and Pause” replace it with Photos or FM tuner. Or just remove it.

h. mini media equalizer button blocks album art, when playing background colour should be transparent - just white bars.

i. Don't call audio files songs call them audio (audio players, play so much more than songs 80% of my audio collection are not songs (my audio collection consists of music; podcast's; audio books personal recordings; meeting recordings; phone messages).

The bars disappear when you scroll the albums/artists at least...

I would love a repeat button. The repeat button repeats the whole playlist when I would only want one song repeated.

ya..repeat song is a necessity. I would also want reading lyrics from file. The most important feature that I want is the media controls should display when the device is locked. That would be a time saver. Othewise now I have to enter the lock code go into the application and then pause or play a song which is so time consuming. The volume buttons should work when the phone is locked as well

Could I ask what is "mini media equalizer" - I've tried searching but all I get is this thread. Am I confused or is this an equaliser of sorts?

If it is then where can I find it please?

Interesting. The big shuffle button is what I press in 90% of the cases when I come to the Media player. I really love it.

it is the 4 white stripes that block the album art. (looks like an equalizer but it is just an animated image.

Hell I'd be happy if the media player would play without stuttering audio and video files would play consistently without having to reboot my device. These suggestions seem nitpicky in comparison, at least to me. Different strokes for different folks I guess...

It also blocks seeing the length of the last clip in the playlist.
