When you get a final build that you're completely happy with, do you think it's possible to port this to Diablo as well?

Menu launcher works: mypaint:0.9.1-maemo4

It is possible upgrade from mypaint.0.8 (or .0.9).
It is possible to install mypaint0.9 to fresh phone.
(If you encounter issue, make report).

When starting from menu launcher. After clicking it loads about 7 seconds, then it disappears and desktop is shown for another 7 seconds and then MyPaint starts.
(Starting might be faster if you delete some brushes, who wants test?)

I think MyPaint is primarily used with stylus, not finger. So I'm not sure is there more harm than benefits to hildonize menus (there are so many entries that they do not easily fit).

@Addison did you try installing it at diablo with dpkg? I think I have read months ago that someone have made that possible by mistake :D

I only have version 0.5.1 that was available for download from the App Manager on my N800.

Thanks for upgrade!
I think that non-hildonized menus fit to MyPaint really well, because i tend to use it with stylus/pen.
In 0.9.1-maemo4 everything works, but shortcuts need tweaking.

Deleting brushes didn't make any difference in startup time.

this new version seems a lot more responsive! thank you Aapo. How can I get the menu to disappear to get more canvas space?

Just been mucking around with the latest offering.
Much faster and I do like the menu system. Hildonized menus take up too much screen real estate.

Any chance of being able to increase or decrease the number of "Undos" available?

One other thing. How do you get out of full-screen mode when you haven't got an F11 key?

Or is there a file we can edit?
