[ANNOUNCE] BounceBounce, A Doodle-jump clone.
 

Hi Everyone,

I'm pleased to announce my latest game, this was a popular request from this forum.

BounceBounce is a simple accelerometer controlled game, simply bounce your fella as high as possible. Different blocks have different bounce properties and watch out for the bad guy too!

Can be found in extras-testing, and don't forget to vote!

That's great!
i think it tries to fight with my CSSU forcerotation option. so when i hold a phone in a landscape, the game is in portrait, and the other way around:(

Alfred, Unfortunately there is no solution for that, Nokia really dropped the ball with the rotation handling for the N900.

N900L, hope you like it, its not identical (as I've never played the original) but I think I have captured the basic concept and gameplay.

Before starting put phone into locked rotation via the applet.

the game is very good.
one thing that could have been better is the accelerometer control (left and right).
its a little bit slow but it diesnt matter that much.

hmm it doesnt start on my devise, also like papertoss :(

edit:
well, with xterminal it works:
python /opt/bouncebounce/bouncebounce.py

but not with click on the icon
