[REQUEST] Sound meter

I think that this kind off app is missing for us. Android, symbian and iOS have more than one option for a app like this and we have none.
Hope someone look forward for a app like this :D

What do you mean by 'sound meter' ? Like a VU meter or some kind of dB reading?
