Announce: TuioTablet 1.0 - A TUIO input simulator

TuioTablet allows users of devices running Maemo to use their touchscreen as TUIO input device. TUIO messages are transported using UDP on the local network. This allows users to control TUIO-based multi-touch applications over the network.

TuioTablet 1.0 is available in extras-devel for Chinook and Diablo. I will promote the package to extras after some days.

Any applications that listens on the network address of the host and receives TUIO messages.

For example, try Numptyphysics (git clone git://repo.or.cz/numtypysics.git; cd numtyphysics; ./configure; make; ./numptyphysics). Some other TUIO-enabled apps are listed on http://www.tuio.org/?software

Very interesting. So you need two tablets running to get multitouch on the "server".
