Maemo.org Account removal
 

Hello everyone. I registered some years ago (2009 I think) when I bought a Nokia N900, which I sold some months after. I was wondering if there's a way for my account to be removed from this site, since I continue to receive emails about Maemo in which I have no interest.

No, seriously. I am not an admin, but from waht I see you can't "remove" your account by yourself, I guess you'll have to ask an admin for that ("contact us" link at the bottom).
If it's only the emails that bother you, check your subscriptions (via the "Control Panel" link on the right). Ihave no subscriptions listed and I can't remember any mails from this site.

Go to your forum profile and uncheck any email notifications:

I guess the OP is talking about election notices, you cannot subscribe from those emails by yourself, you will get the mails if you have a valid garage account. Please contact the administration and they can disable your account.

Dont know how you guys actually receive lots of e-mails form TMO. I only receive one or two only when its Council election.
