Nokia Suite doesn't sync all contacts

I have 77 contacts on my phone, but only 34/77 are syncing with nokia suite and nokia account.
I don't know how sync all contacts in nokia suite and sync with nokia account.
anyone know something?
I have nokia suite 3.2.100

Delete all contacts from your Nokia Suite and try and sync again.
