While you have every right to your theme could you clarify whether the OP actually used your theme and posted it here? From what it seems he has created his own theme...

If he had created himself, he would not put out my screens, and even more so (if it is a coincidence) would not have the status bar to write the name of my site n9style.ru! Once again I urge Deb remove the file from here!

What it seems is like he used your theme for inspiration; if you read the first two pages you would see he was asking help to replicate your theme's styles... I had advised him to buy it from you instead of doing a theme himself as its pretty time-consuming and I know the efforts put into creating a theme...

However, he persisted and created his own theme a few weeks later... Your screens were first posted to ask for help to create a replica so I don't know whether its your theme or a copy of your theme he created himself...

Anyway you have payment history surely you can check it out too...

You could also download the .deb alternatively and compare with yours if those are the exact folders only as his is not totally completed yet...

My theme is incomplete, however, the theme of your theme with your theme is different
I like the theme, but the theme is not your Android keyboard while your theme is something that is not my theme
The theme I see it again I will certainly abide by copyright laws of the themes I've
(Friends soon, iphone theme )

Link is good - I am on Linux so, here is how i "installed" it.
1. Download this page using wget.
2. Package is not installing, so extract it (it's tar)
3. Go to usr/share/themes
4. Copy ANDROID folder to /usr/share/themes in your N9
5. Use theme Changer to enable it.

Alternative method

1. Download this file on your N9
2. Open Terminal on N9 and run:
