Maemo SDK virtual image - can't download full 100%
 

Hi all,

I tried to download the maemo sdk virtual image

http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/maemo-d...Image_Final.7z

with FDM, and without, and at different times, but the download is always breaking between 70 - 99% and resume doesn't work, too. The FDM error message is: The file size was changed on server. Download stopped.

Please help a newbie. Thanks!

Oddly enough, I can't even access the server to test it. Could be server issues or maintenance.

Edit: Downloading now...
Edit 2: Server has issues. Won't allow download managers at the moment, and without download managers speed drops till zero.

Ok, I give it up. Downloading now image, scratchbox and sdk separately.

Strange.
The files over there are in the Akamai sharing network, there is no single server that would be overloaded.

Is it only the full vmware image?
I'll test tomorrow morning when I have a proper computer available.

Desktop image is down. Only server image is available.

Desktop image up again: (maemo-dev-env-downloads.php?f=maemo_SDK_Ubuntu_karmic_desktop_vi rtual_image.7z.001) Also had problem to resume FDM download due to file size change error.

Will test if normal save as works better than fdm, but had no problem with part 2 that was 900meg.
