Camera phone competition August 2017: Elements of Design
Ok... I was running out of ideas so i've "borrowed" this theme ( and even the text) from here. Any doubts can be clariified visiting the website wich contains some examples.
Elements of Design "We are looking for photos that showcase line, shape, pattern, form, texture, perspective, etc. They can consist of any subject matter. Perspective Line Pattern We are also looking for images that demonstrate cool photographic techniques, such as bokeh and motion blur. This category is NOT for: Graphic design illustrations made in a program like Adobe Illustrator and extreme digital creations do not belong in this category. Here we are looking for the elements of design - line, shape, pattern, etc." |

Ok. here is my entry. A shot of the Oculus building at the World Trade Center in NYC. Photo was taken with a Huawei Mate 9. Default settings. I cropped out about 10% and then resized it to 25% of original to upload it here.

Mine is about light as a decoration.

Actually the story behind my entry; I got a new fiber-to-home last week and the picture is from inside the terminal box. When I got it I of course immediately opened the device to see what's inside and took some pictures of the motherboard, then I noticed that the aluminium cooler element on top of the chipset looked kinda cool and took some shots of it with tight framing :D As a side note, this is really what I was looking for, and I found it :cool: http://www.swagman.org/juice/connector.jpeg |
