I goosed my memory card

Hey boys.

I used some program to allow a laptop computer to boot from it.

I think it made the card able to have .exe files work or something.

Afterward, I reformatted the card with Windows XP (fat32) and copied back over all of my files.

If I try to play any of my music in Xmms, the tablet poops and I have to pull the battery out.

Anything I can get started on to fix this?

Well, what's a good Windows app that can completely reformat everything on my card, and what's best for speed, fat or fat32?

Cheers! :)

There is no differences. But would recommend Fat32. FAT is an old system which only support up to 16bit (Windows 95 and 98) so you won't be able to do much on it. FAT32 is more modern (Windows 2000+)

If I recall correctly, you can just go to My Computer, right-click on it, and choose "Format". Does this not work?

^ Yeah that works.

I transferred all of my music back onto it.

My tablet can see them.

Xmms can see them.

But when I add them in Xmms, my tablet poops on me completely.

Mytube has new issues as well because the memory card keeps disappearing.

I really don't get it.
