Anyway you can test the look and feel with the simulator in chrooted ubuntu :

Doesn't Ubuntu Touch require SurfaceFlinger or (eventuall?) Mir? That's a long way from Wayland, which is now becoming available on the N9 through Nemo..

What does nitdroid use? SurfaceFlinger? I just ask out of curiosity.

bump !
I just installed the last version on ubiboot on they are 8 operating systems from which I can choose to boot if installed. 'Ubuntu touch' has an icon so is it possible to install it on the Nokia N9?
