[Announce] Presence Notifier

presence-notifier

Shows a notification for status changes of your
online contacts.
Ready for testing. Feedback is welcome.
I hope the settings page in the control panel is intuitive.
You can:
- enable/disable the notification
- enable for all status changes or only for "... goes online" notifications
- enable for all status message changes.
- configure the notification window (autohide notification after X seconds).

but anyway this plugin or apps will tell us. our friend who change status right.
cause in contact. we cant change status.

thanks for your great work .it works very good but there is a small problem : when i uncheck "auto close notification" option , the app doesnt save it .
