GPE Timesheet Bounty

I'm offering a small bounty for a working version of GPE timesheet. The one I installed wont launch. I get the application is loading and then nothing. The older version I kept as a backup won't install.

If anyone got it working I'm all ears

The current release is better viewed as a 'beta' for the 2008os.

The forum search function doesn't appear to be working for me (no really) otherwise I would post a link but in case you can find it under 'GPE' you will come across a post from Graham Cobb, the developer, giving a link to his bug reporting page.

The chances are that by reporting the bug you will get a faster solution than by offering a bounty.

OK just found how to search, don't ask. Here is the thread

If at all possible, please report any GPE bugs in the GPE bugzilla: http://bugs.linuxtogo.org/

It will really help us when we start working on the OS2008 problems. Note that none of the GPE developers actually has an OS2008 device yet!

Nah, when I read this post I remembered the time dedicated to the project :) Just only having some time again :(
BTW, glad to hear somebody have been using my work, too :)! Sincerely don't know when I will be able to find some time again, sorry, for sure not before next year. Let's hope on somebody's else work, this time!

Lets not forget that there are other developers willing to help. Unfortunately many projects become less maintained due to developer interest or lack of use. If you want to give yourself less work then unfortunately the answer is to make it easier to foster a project out with documentation and a clear development route. Both aren't easy.

Bounties are a great way to spark interest and are often why people 'really' want to develop for a project. In other words, I'm all for bouties.
