Which Nokia is now tweeting from that account, the old Nokia Phones group that went to Microsoft, or the network division that lives as NSN?

Sebastian is the Head of Products Business at Nokia Technologies. The business aims at establishing new businesses built on Nokia innovations and the Nokia brand, focusing on consumers directly or through other customer companies. Prior to this role Sebastian has held various executive product and strategy positions in Nokia. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Strategy at Nokia. In this role he led the strategy development for group and business unit level strategies across Nokia until the devices business was divested. He has also held positions such as Senior Vice President of product development in Mobile Phones, Vice President and Head of the MeeGo Program, and Vice President of Services and Application platforms. In these roles Sebastian has had the responsibility of developing devices and delivering software to over 200 million consumers. Sebastian joined Nokia in 2003 from McKinsey & Company, a management consultancy, where he was leading strategy and technology projects. Sebastian holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Helsinki University of Technology.
