Enable TouchScreen Vibration Feedback ONLY For Onscreen Keyboard!
 

Hi

I edited my touchscreen vibration so its nice and powerful because I find it helps me type on the onscreen keyboard, really useful when I cbf to slide it up or when I am trying to keep my phone hidden from a teacher.

Its annoying having the vibration everytime I touch the screen though. Is there a way we could choose selective vibration feedback?
As in only in the onscreen keyboard or when you press and icon or open an applications?

Atm it vibrates if u tap the screen anywhere even when your using the kinetic scroll!

i would like touchscreen vibration to only occur on active elements
clicking off the buttons should not vibrate

Absolutely, a "vibrate when I touch the screen" is pretty useless as feedback goes - most people have nerve endings in their fingers :-)

"Vibrate when I've touched something active" and maybe even "vibrate slightly differently when I touch something which could be active but is currently inactive" would be much better.

Also much harder to implement :-(

How do you bring up a full QWERTY onscreen keyboard? The only one i have is symbols...
