Feasible to Mirror Maemo Repos (due to current events)
 

OK basically it appears we're ****ed.

Thankfully there is still an active community and many people here still like the N900 and Maemo we still have a future.

How feasible is it to mirror the maemo repos or make a backup.
E.g. Take a snapshot and maybe post the archive on a filesharing service?

Any idea how large the combined repos of Developement, Testing and Extras are?


Or am I being paranoid?

I could make mirror on my server. It is preety slow and my bandwitch is low but it is better than nothing.
We could use rsync.

I'll join on the bandwagon and try my hand at mirroring the Fremantle repos.
