Camera phone competition March 2016:"Birds in action"

It's March finally. Can't wait until the weather gets better.
Here's what ste-phan had in mind for this month's theme.
I am thinking about "birds in action". Some parts of the world now have spring time there is a lot going on if you look around.

With the wide angles on the mobile phones it sure should give incentive to use your shoes..

Or you could just sit and have a coffee waiting for something to fly over. And if that did not bring any luck, well, feeding the doves will give you a vallid entry end of the month https://talk.maemo.org/images/smilies/wink.gif
The rules are:
Photos must be taken during this montH
Photos must be taken by the posting member
Photos must be taken with a camera phone
Users post only one photo per entry
Users can change the entry only once
Users must name the phone they used
(so I could include it for voting)
Last three days of this month are for voting

Good luck!

Last month

"Birds" "In Action"... Took today in Sutton Park with BB Priv.

Camera is not the top quality especially with zooming. Maybe I will visit again with 808PV and amend this entry.

I would ask one clarification question regarding the word "birds"... Is one bird enough?

I think that one bird would be just as acceptable an entry in a "brids in action" category as a single landscape would be in last month's "landscapes" contest. IMO, the plural in the competition title represents the hope for a plurality of entries. I myself am hoping for a shot of a particular bird usually found singly, so if I'm successful there will only be multiple birds in my shot if there are incidentally others in the background of the image I post.

So please post your photo, be it of one or many birds! Photos of a feather flock together, I always say.

Please note that this is NOT my entry. It cannot be (no birds). But I wanted to share it ;)

It was raining cats and dogs this morning on the school run and my kids found these guys on the pavement ("sidewalk" for our NA friends):

Note:
I took about 20 pictures. About 15 with a Jolla and the rest with the N900. This one came from the N900 and it was the only one that was not completely unusable. All the rest were so fuzzy you could hardly recognize what was on them. Especially those taken by Jolla. I must say it was raining very heavily and the light was not exactly brilliant.

And the guys would not sit still :)

If one bird is acceptable, it might count as a bird in action! ;)

(Although I've got to admit, it does sound a little strange applying that term to a frog.)

Got a bad day with 5 hours on a delayed train, until I see this picture. :D

success!
I stepped up the game and actually built a shiny birdy house with my daughter and set up the camera yesterday afternoon.

This now is a "giant tit" picking for some seeds. (Kohlmeise in german)
Not my actual entry (i hope), also the exif and file date are totally off due to my n8-00 having a weak battery and losing date frequently...

I will return with correct exif and hopefully some more action :D
