N900 keeps rebooting after last update - cannot access xterm
Hi,
I have a big problem with the last firmware update. N900 keeps rebooting. I've tried previous firmware but I have the same issue. I've tried flasher-3.5.exe --enable-rd-mode --set-rd-flags=no-lifeguard-reset and rebooting while pressing repeatedly crtl-maj-x but I can't access xTerm (I would like to remove applications that may have caused this crash) Do you have an idea ? Thanks in advance, Arnaud |

Yes, formatting the eMMC as well completely solved my problems. I think that many of us have problems left over from things that we weren't even aware of and suddenly we think that a reboot loop is caused by some recent event when actually it is a leftover problem caused at some other time. Anyway, formatting the eMMC is often the cure.

The comment "after flashing rebooting" leaves out the question, did you flash the eMMC? I don't think you did.
