[Announce] Ovi Maps Extra Features deb package
 
Hi,

Everyone reflashing the N900 knows the pain of reinstalling the non-deb apps :)

I created the deb for ovi maps extra features. All credit for the app goes to the authors: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=66985

Download: extras-devel

Download: while the extras-devel import is halted, it's in my repo, stable branch. Even though, standard extras-devel warning apply.

OMVoiceServer has to be downloaded manually due to hash sum mismatch maemo.org repository error.

Are you including the modified index.html file? Do you backup the original file for safe removal?

Twice yes :) And the original is restored (and deleted) when the package is removed.

Downloaded from?
Repository.maemo.org. If you try to do it with apt-get, you'll get a download failed link. And download the file from it.
