Screen frame loose... warranty?

Hi all,

What about the build quality of the n900? is it good? i saw some people complaining about loose parts?

He has a point though, I also was stunned by the charge time (full in 1.5 hours) but more stunned by the discharge time of only 8 hours.. Weird thing is, when the phone keeps saying the battery is...
