I just got done speaking with Dell. They have the phones available. It is in their warehouse, he verified their manifest. He says they will start shipping first thing monday morning.

if you go to the nokia.it (nokia italy) you can buy it for delivery tomorrow. not sure if thats a great idea for us americans considering software language and keyboard but im not 100% sure

Amazon is not a premuim retailer. The places i can confirm will get it first are all the flagships , MPD, Nokia and Dell.
