They can too send random picture and write the message under the picture. It works. Problem is not only with WP. One of my friend use iPhone 6 and can't send me a normal message.

No, I didn't noticed that there was something network problem. Today I get one more friend who can only send me a message with picture. Still most of contacts work normal.

I have interesting problem. This started two days ago.Two of my friends can't send me a normal textmessage. But message with picture with or without text works well. My messages to them work normal....
