Yet another voice in the chorus of "thanks".
I installed Diablo-Turbo on my N810-WiMax about 3 weeks ago. I first upgraded to the community SSU (to both the internal flash and the SD card), then I...

Re: kdepimpi start up problem with libXinerama
On your tablet or on your desktop machine?
On my tablet, kopi (2.2.10, from the OESF build) isn't linked against libXinerama, and libXinerama isn't
installed.
On my desktop machine, kopi is...

Re: Run command when power is connected?
Thanks for putting in the effort on this.
It sounds like a well-thought-out approach. I can't wait to play with it once it's released.
Could this be generalized to other dbus events?...

The Chr key sends keycode 135. This can be determined by installing the "xev" package.
The key can be remapped through xmodmap, as described in this thread...

Re: Can you run a Debian ARMEL app in Maemo?
I certainly cannot answer about every Debian ARMEL compiled app, but you can run some complex, dynamically linked apps very well.

No, you are completely incorrect in assuming that it doesn't work.
The kopi program must be running for alarms to work, but it can be minimized (not the "active" application).
Did you try...

Re: PIM apps summary
I really can't take credit. I tried a port of kdepimpi, and it semi-almost-sort-of-somewhat worked, but certainly not well enough for anyone who wasn't very familiar with the program.
The binaries...

What "that" did you do? What command[s], exactly.
What do you mean "there was no entry" (what kind of "entry"), and where is "there" (file name, directory, menu item, etc.)?
Without a precise...
