Re: [Maemo 5] Possible to create app to scan UPC code & show lowest $$ in 1km radius?

I don't remember how the plugins in Python interact with mBarcode, and I'm not sure what the intended behavior for plugins actually is. But I remember now that I actually wrote the tutorial some time...

Re: [Maemo 5] Possible to create app to scan UPC code & show lowest $$ in 1km radius?

No, sorry. I haven't had the time to continue working on mbarcode and I'm afraid I won't have the time to look back into the code to write a tutorial now either. It has been too long a time since I...

Re: mbarcode

I haven't used, tested or done any development on mbarcode for a long while, but my best guess would be that Qt's version or some other library's version that comes with the CSSU for some reason...

Re: App screen in horizonal mode and live background?

Hi again,

I need some help testing the demo version of Nanoparticles and was hoping that maybe some of you in the community with an N9 could help me out?

Re: [Update] Nanoparticles 2 is out

Porting was easy. The custom Qt Creator does most of the job automatically and I almost didn't have to change any of the code. Some versions of the simulator doesn't always play along to well with...

It has been a long time, but I am proud to present that Nanoparticles 2 is out. You can download it for N900, N950, N9 and more in Nokia Store:

Re: MeeGo Coding Competition 2011

a) The hack was affecting the Nokia bulletin board and some other services, but as far as I know, the login for the Ovi Publish site is a different one and is most likely unaffected. But you should...

I just wanted to say that my submission, the game Nanoparticles, is available for all platforms for free during the voting process. Earlier, it was only available through Ovi Store, so I'm writing...

Re: N950 - first impressions?

Only after the alarm goes off. That is in my opinion not optimal, though. I do too like to have birthdays, events, etc. visible in a home view rather than hidden in a calendar.

Re: N950 - first impressions?

I tried adding a test contact with a birthday today. Nothing showed up in the events view. I'll try adding one for tomorrow and see if it shows up.

No, there is no fast way to scroll all the way...

Re: HOT: N950 manual is now online

Most DRM is still implemented in software, so there should be no problem giving N950 the same DRM features as N9. Unless of course Nokia has gone way out to please the media industry by inserting...

Re: HOT: N950 manual is now online

It can't give you a physical keypad (without bluetooth or something), but hopefully there will be an FM transmitter as soon as someone figures out how to talk to the FM hardware. Just like it was on...

Re: The EPIC N950 anticipation thread
