I did not realize when really it happened and what was the cause but when i was trying to add,delete the file it used to show an error " Read Only File cannot be deleted "

Actually i cannot put faulty file as all files in My Docs(File Manager i.e internal memory) are in read only mode.I cannot add , delete or edit files Internal memory.

I tried this :
When i delete the files it goes off and after i re-enter the File Manager that file appears back with an unknown format with symbol ? (unable to open file error comes )and after...

I have all type of files like .wma,word,excel,pdf,.jpeg etc.
i cannot perform any operations in file manager, when i delete files it goes off but later it shows a file with the same name with ?...

I run sudo gainroot
output - Root Shell enabled
/home/user # umount /dev/mmcblk0p1
/home/user # fsck -a /dev/mmcblk0p1
Output:

rootsh is installed, i just checked in application manager - uninstall - list of all the installed application - roosh
but cannot find the new download for roosh and also cannot uninstall the old...
