I tried updating from the app manager but before i can install the update it says it has to be done using the NSU on the computer but that fails..

same problem here

stops at 33.6 and I live in Denmark too, but I don't think that has to do with anything. Gonna take me a loong time to uninstall all apps. Stupid nokia

i had same problem, windows sux @ this, so you have to use little program to create the network, there are many out there but the one that works best for me is this one

bluetooth didn't work for me before the update for some reason, i couldn't find any devices when trying to send something, but now it works just fine,
also petrovich is a killer app for doing that

same with me, in windows 7 it seems it works the first time, then if you disconnect or restart pc/phone it never works again for some odd reason :(

What i want to achieve is to use the internet on the n900, using my laptop's lan connection.

i tried by WiFi using an ad-hoc network but on windows 7 it seems to be very buggy and doesn't work...

Ok so, i managed to fix the no packets received issue

it seems i had to bridge the lan and wireless connections together and now i can use the internet from my lan connection on the wireless one
...

yes i tried, same thing :( but my guess is that the problem is on the laptop not the phone

i'm using windows 7 by the way
