The font is called Tabitha, i'm not sure where you can download it. You should place the .ttf files in home/user/.fonts and reboot.

You're right. All 3 options work, but option 2 is the savest because you keep the .png files on your phone.

Not trying to give you any extra work, but is it possible to get the text in the tabitha font? Because this is the font i've installed on my N900. But offcourse no problem...
