You don't need to specify DNS on N900 if you use DHCP ('obtain IP adress automatically', I believe it's called in the menu) under the 'Advanced' tab. You'll need to specify on your router though,...

There's a field for DNS server settings in your third screenshot. Get the DNS IP adresses from your provider and enter them there. I'd have to refer you to your router manual for more specific...

Seems like a DNS problem. If DHCP is enabled on the phone, you don't need to specify DNS there (AFAIK). Check DNS settings on your router, do they compare to your internet provider?

1. DHCP is set up on the router. I'm assuming it's enabled on the phone too.

I'm running WPA2/AES on my wireless router and can connect fine with my N900. So WPA2 is not the problem.
If I understand you correctly, you can see and connect to your LAN (with your N900), but...
