Its a really shame, hopefully they can fix it quickly as i mainly only use my n810 for light web browsing and MSN

Just tested pidgin on my n810 and it worked both times i tried

Thanks Qole, i did not have bzip2 installed either as i only really use tear from your repo and pidgin

It did not error out like last time at uncompressing

Only problem when load up LXDE...

i just use virtualbox (http://www.virtualbox.org/) for running XP in ubuntu when needed has open source version aswell now own by Sun Microsystems

But chrome is very fast and a excellent browser...

Pidgin On Maemo has been updated to v2.4.3 from 2.3.1 its in Chinook repo and the author Gabriel Schulhof (http://maemo.org/profile/view/nix_nix) says it will be in diablo repo soon

Yes they work offline but have go online at the start for them to start as i can't find any flash file you can download to nokia n810 on site or in the code and start them off with out going online
