So now the answer is almost too simple:
Install gcc4.3 in scratchbox
Install the modul via python setup.py bdist_dumb <- Thanks to Khertan
Move the files from /dist/ to your pypackager...

After flashing back to DIABLO4 somehow it just installed as it should be...
It can be so easy.
So now PyQt runs lets start developing ;)

Already tried that but there are missing dependencies libglib2 and freetype6. Installing them directly only gave me Incompatible App. Manager can't find them.

Try to install the qt-maemo-example on my N810, too. But no chance yet.
Sources are correct.
Newest Diablo flashed.
