It seems that some caches for the application catalogue had got itself into a bit of a state.
What I did was disable all the application...

When I try to install wireless-tools I get package not available, but is referred to by another package, this may mean the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another...

Oh well, although upgrade seem to download a few python things it made no difference, wifieye still needs wireless-tools and mappero needs gstreamer0.10-plugins-good-extra.

Just to point out I have exactly the same problem. As all I have ever done is over the air updates and downloads from extras I am quite surprised I am having these issues.

Sorry to point this out but emergency services can't enable your GPS and get your co-ordinats, hell most phones don't even have...

Thats not the one I have as mine has a sd and cf card slot on it and a little B&W lcd screen but the technical descriptions sounds about right. I have used it with SD card to portable HDD and pendisk...

Got a new looking phone back at last, seems to be put together a but tighter than my old one. Only just got around to filling off the USB connectors, I had though it would be little prongs not...

I have a little box that you can plug an SD/CF card or USB drive in one side and a USB drive in the other then just select what files/folders to transfer, it is battery powered. I haven't tried it...

As far as I am aware the company in the UK that looks after the repair process for Nokia only replaces with refurbished/returned phones. It is highly unlikely that anybody would recieve an entirely...

In the Uk the company you send your phone back to in Thetford doesn't carry out any repairs, they just send it on to other 3rd party repair houses (probably in cheaper countries) this is apparently...

Hmm although some copper came off in my case some places on the connector had no solder at all, which as you correctly say, shouldn't really happen, so I think its a bad solder which resulted on more...

For mine I am certain poor soldering was the issue.
You wouldn't know your device suffered from it until it came off.
Usually connectors die from bent pins etc. but as you say the connector itself...
