The latest from the directors office
Now they are saying I cant cancel UNTIL the charges take effect, but before they said I HAVE to cancel BEFORE I'm charged.
Its getting so laughable now...

They still havent bothered replying to mine, despite 2 special delivery letters being received and lots of emails to the directors...

It was the virgin firmware in the modem - as stated above its cr@p.
I used the firmware from this thread http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=61155.
it now works perfectly ...
