I created the directory /home/user/.agtl under root.

When running the application:
Did not work from the desktop icon.


Running from the command line (in xterminal) seemed to work

Just tried the uploaded version 0.6.1 and the same problem continues.
Uninstalled 0.6.0, then installed 0.6.1. Put a shortcut on the desktop.

When clicking on the desktop icon, it starts running...

Just perhaps a note/question, because the above was not clear to me:
- to run as root need to install rootsh
- then in xterminal enter sudo gainroot

After this the shell becomes a root shell.
