I managed to install NITDroid after a huge fight with the X-Terminal.
But there's just a few problems. First of all, the proximity sensor isn't working as the menu button....

I followed the guide up untill the installer part. There it stopped working at the ext3 thing. So I went to the manual partition thing where I did steps 1-5 and then I started the installer again......

Uhhh... I dont understand much about whats going on... but, I do know that all youtube vids are pixelated. I see huge blocks in the video. Now when I look up the same vid on my pc, I see a clear vid....
