airbase-ng working in "respond to all probes" mode does what you ask. Command is:
airbase-ng -P -C... you finish it.

@ajack: No, it doesnt work here. It is like in your case, always getting segmentation fault when doing svn.

it throws:

First thought was that the "fault" was caused by something that i installed on the phone...Had power46 installed, metasploit... But after flashing the phone, got back to stock kernel, default...
