You could make a small hole in the screw, put some super-glue and something like a metal stick there and turn it...

I remember seeing 200ohm somewhere but not sure, try just shorting the data lines.

That could have killled your battery, charging it with 5v. Try flashing with other images (other versions and regions) and see if the problem persists.
