Hi, i tried that it doesnt go into update mode. As soon as i connect the usb pressing u, uboot starts directly and restarts after starting kernel, same thing over and over again.

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but need some help with my n900..
I can't seem to get into update mode for flashing it back to maemo, i am stuck with uboot screen as...

Flasher is stuck at waiting for device and my n900 doesn't go in update mode even after pressing u instead when I connect the usb goes in uboot .... uboot says starting kernel and restarts.

I tried that and now my fone doesnt go in update mode..
and my cmd is waiting for device..

yes startup nokia and uboot straight away...
but I cant get into the update mode.... I bought a new battery thinking that was the problem,,,
its fully charged

Hi,

I bricked my n900, it wasnt charging or flashing using the u option in general, then installed uboot on it and now stuck on startup with the penguin logo on the right and restart loop.
