hmmm, I have tried --fix-missing and several apt-get update's, but with no succes. I have tried to install some applications, but it fails to install. I'm going to try reinstalling the dpkg again...

It does try to install dpkg, but then it says: "Failed to fetch https://downloads.maemo.nokia.com/fremantle/ssu/002/./dpkg_1.14.25maemo3+0m5_armel.deb
Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec...

I tried the command and it worked, but when I do apt-get update, it can read the package lists (Reading package lists...Done) But then it says:
"W: GPG error:...

When I try to install the .deb file, I get the output :
dpkg: unable to acces dpkg status area: No such file or directory

When I try to extract the file I get : failed to read archive...

I forgot to mention (maybe it helps), that I always use "sudo gainroot" with the commands.

Hi!

When I try the command mkdir /opt/var/cache/apt/archives/partial the result is : mkdir: cannot create directory 'opt/var/cache/apt/archives/partial': File exists

I've tried the commands again, but the errors are the same.
When I try apt-get update after relinking it updates allot of packages(I think) and then it gives the same errors with also another error...

Hi

The first result : ls: /home/user/.apt-cache: No such file or directory

Then I've tried the code, when I typed dpkg --configure -a and pressed enter I get :
dpkg: failed to open package...

Hmm, I think I've deleted the dpkg directory... But I tried allot of things in the past months...
