Got it fixed at last :)

~# chmod -x /usr/bin/smartsearch
~# killall smartsearch
Uninstalled the Battery-Icon app (if installed)
Removed all maps and deleted the cities map in /home/MyDocs...

OK, but i tried with both normal user and root with the same result. But anyway it worked after resrart.
