First thing I did was restore backup and check if Opera is fixed, so no other software were installed at that point. I think HW-buttons and tap&hold -> 'close window' worked much better with Os2005....

Opera version in new release (2006.49-2) is 8.02, build 1.1.50. What was it previously (os version 2006.39-14)? You can see it if you type about:opera to address bar.

Os2007 can work on 770 and is already working on it. It's just about whether or not Nokia will make work good enough for consumers. It's not about hardware, it is about API's and compatibility.

1-bit for MMC applies only to first generation of MMCs. 770 came with MMCmobile, which I think is latest generation and 4 or 8-bit. Thought I don't know whether or not 770 used those bits.
