Totally missed my meaning, firstly whatsapp official client will assume the number is local if the number has no country code, secondly, whatsapp official client doesnt need to modify user's address...

Although all my contacts are local numbers without country code, at least I can ask the friends to send me a whatsapp message so that I can keep a log for "opening"...

Phone numbers without prefix can be considered same prefix as me? I think it would be a good workaround. Only 4 contacts have prefix in my phonebook...

It works! Even can type chinese using ibus.
If the contact list can be used it is already perfect.
