Double-check the BT address and if correct, click on connect. Forget the menu-entry "Scan for Pebble". If it still doesn't work, reboot.

The address should be in format 00:11:B2:3C:45:A6.

It does receive the test messages from the app, but - except for a test e-mail, which it didn't receive (and which would be my most wanted feature) - I haven't tested any further yet.
