i started having issues at about the 10month of usage
LiPo batteries should not be drained to zero and should be allowed to go to about 50% before recharging
my thought process in analyzing...

if ur iphone operates similar to older generation ipods....u will need a powered hub for the nit to recognize your iphone via usb
if u r using bt i would start the pairing with the iphone ie let...
