I don't have a multimeter but the device is only half a year old. It fell down once or twice but it shouldn't stop charging then...

I am using dd-wrt on my router and there is no tunneling device. Does anybody have a clue how to fix this?
I really need this to work until Thursday since I'm leaving for 2 weeks then... :(
