Is this the first time you run telegram? If not, try doing

sudo gainroot
rm -rf telegram
rm -rf .telegram
rm -rf /root/.telegram

As what was said by @murik, try to remove Yappari complitely and install it again.

Make sure you have installed rootsh and the repository Extras-Devel is enabled. Then

rm -r .yappari
rm -r...

To run these commands you must have root permission! Make sure to have the package rootsh installed and then

root
apt-get install libqt4-core libqt4-dbus
apt-get install libqtm-systeminfo...

I've downgraded from version 2:1.14.3-3ubuntu2 (Ubuntu 13.10) to 2:1.13.3-0ubuntu6.2 (Ubuntu 13.04) and now it works!! :)

Thanks for the reply! I keep consider this solution as good (just for knowledge, someone told me that there are no problem with Xephyr also on Ubuntu 12.04).. But I'm not satisfied from this solution...

I've installed Maemo 5 SDK on Ubuntu 13.10. Now I would run Xephyr.
I've typed the command Xephyr :2 -host-cursor -screen 800x480x16 -dpi 96 -ac & and the output is $ Initializing built-in extension...

Good work!! But.. When I type "flasher -f -F main.bin" my N9 seems not alive.. It couldn't turn it on and charge it.
I solve the problem typing "flasher -F main.bin -f".. Why??:confused:
