had the same issue ( n900 would not charge with wall charger). Installing HEN (usb hostmode gui) fixed it though.

errr.... doesn't the regular multi-tasking view already do that? If your talking about mapping a hardware key to initiate the view, i guess using 'shortcutd' or one of the other hardware key daemon...

yeah that is a downside, but with a lil work, ur n900 can have a very personalized ui look its just not apparent initially, :P

@n900 lover, Thats not the section you need to edit. go to the end of the file, and look for the text below in the code:

forcerotation = 0

and change it to

forcerotation = 1

first add i actually saw on the n900, heh. 2nd one was the one where it transforms like a transformer which came out around the time it was released in HK (circa PR 1.2 release)

really??? i have all of mine in a games folder in MyDocs, so it takes like 5 minutes to install a game. I just connect my phone to my pc, transfer over the relevant folder, then open up terminal, cd...

ermm, well at least for me, on one of my desktops, i use the advanced clock plugin to remove the maemo top bar clock, so i can use a bigger widget clock, on the desktop itself ;)
