Someone suggested "chmod -R 777 /home/user/.yappari" but the problem remains... let's hope new version 2.0.11 will fix it.

At last.... Registering from Yappari made it to work again

In order to request registration again I just had to delete "/home/user/.config/scorpius/yappari.conf"...
