Woohoo.. just put my scores in and noticed I'm holding the record for 4 levels. Problem is, I can't remember the strategy behind it since I've played some of those levels quite a while ago.

Ok.. I got 3 stars in every level and now those golden eggs are the stuff left to crack. Are you supposed to play some kind of a tune to get the star for the golden eggs?

They must have done something in the area in Chicago I'm at. I now get close to 600KB/sec download speed. That's close to 5Mbit/sec. Before it was maybe 1Mbit/sec max.

Also my calls are more...

At home in Northwest Indiana the phone works most of the time. In Chicago downtown at work the phone works maybe 10% of the time.
Network busy or Network Error are always the factor.

I wonder if it has something to do with upgrading their service to higher network speed? Maybe their backend can't take the increased bandwidth the phones are pulling now and connections start...

I haven't done anything yet, but my next step will be to exchange the SIM card. I already reflashed and stuff.. but that didn't help.

My wife's mytouch 3G slide also has some connection errors...

The SNES button in wiicontrol didn't do anything for me. So I just edited the default mapping in the wiicontrol python script and changed button 1 and 2 to some keystroke like 'm' and 'n' and...

deb files are installed with the dpkg -i filename.deb from the xterminal

Of course, installing packages that way can possibly brick your phone.

You need to install the wiicontrol package. Then you need to edit the wiicontrol python script in /usr/bin to change the keymapping a bit and map the keys in drnoksnes accordingly and voila, wiimote...

I tried Drnoksnes with a wiimote and a projector through the Video out. Worked great. Everyone at the office got a kick out of it :)

Save that contact and place it onto one of your desktops.

It's not too bad. And there are ctrl,alt, esc and a few other control buttons on the bottom of vi on the touchscreen. I found it somewhat of a hassle to press ctrl+a to switch windows with screen. ...

There is also vim available in the extras section. Slightly easier to use than vi. Not much different when you are familiar with the vi shortcuts.

Since I need a modem on the road first thing I needed to setup was USB/Bluetooth tethering for my Powerbook with my N900.
I had so much trouble with blackberry/Palm Pre/other smart phone tethering...
