Why would you buy a N9 if you can buy 2 Samsung Omnia 7's for that price? Even a Samsung Galaxy S2 (the fastest phone on the planet) is cheaper! only the iPhone is more expensive.

This is not a virus, but a memory system that has been damaged by a forced reboot/unmount.

checking the file system like michaaaaa said earlier will most likely fix it, if not you need to flash...

instead of
sudo gainroot ; sh /home/user/MyDocs/smartclocker

because the latter just executes a shell, and...

edit /opt/neopwn/control-panel-ui/etc/conf.py and change the line that says
"-t ext3 /dev/mmcblkXpX /.neopwn -o noatime"
to the partition number of your emmc

it does look like a full OS to me; just do
ls /sbin
and you see things like reboot, switch_root, init, swapon etc.
